Open the link your teacher sent you, or choose "Join with a code" in the app and paste the code. You’ll see a preview of the community first, then you can join. Some communities ask you to request to join, and some are paid.

On the sign-in page choose “Forgot password” and we’ll email you a code. If you signed up with Google, use the Google button instead. Still stuck? Email us from the address you signed up with.

No. Quizzes always need a connection, because the timer runs on our server so everyone gets the same time and nobody gets extra.

Open Rheter in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen. The app shows you the steps for your phone when it’s ready to install.

Yes. Open the leaderboard in that community and use its privacy setting. Your points still count toward everyone’s ranking, but your name and position are hidden.

Use the report option in the menu on the post, comment or message. Community moderators review it. See our Community Guidelines for what’s not allowed.

Open Billing from the More menu in the app. You can see your past payments and manage your subscription there.

You can delete your account yourself in the app. Read how it works on Delete your account. To get a copy of your data, email us.
